Jonathan Hill

Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration. He has a proven track record of over 11 years in project management and business development, with deep expertise in renewable energy consulting and commercial solar project delivery throughout South Africa. Having successfully managed and developed solar energy projects exceeding 50 MW, Jonathan's passion for both technical detail and business acumen has been a driving force in SOLINK's success.

Oliver Johnston

Chief Executive Officer

Oliver brings over 12 years of experience in the complete development cycle of solar PV projects in Africa, spanning from origination to commercial operations. He has been involved in more than 500 MW of awarded utility-scale PV projects across the continent. With specialist expertise in wheeled energy solutions, embedded solar and battery energy storage (BESS), Oliver has successfully structured over 150 MW of embedded solar solutions for commercial and industrial clients throughout South Africa

David Raphael

Chief Technical Officer

David holds an Engineering Master's Degree with a focus on renewable and sustainable energy. He has worked on over 100 renewable energy projects in various roles throughout the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and design through to commissioning and performance monitoring. David currently holds dual positions as SOLINK's Chief Technical Officer and Managing Director of SOLTRAK — South Africa's specialist solar performance monitoring platform — giving clients a uniquely integrated technical advisory and monitoring capability.
